Using design to shape the world

I collaborate with movers and shakers who care as deeply about other people as I do. I use service design as my lens to make change happen.

Currently, I’m the Design Lead for J5 making the world a kinder, more beautiful place.

I’ve worked with companies of all sizes and across sectors and borders: from global non-profits to scrappy startups. Authenticity, purpose, and equality guide me in all of my design work and I’m passionate about not only design outputs, but how work itself can be designed.

I’m co-founder of a community group with the intent to bring design to the people and further the practices of Service Design in Western Canada: Service Design YYC.

Learning about other places and cultures is critical to develop the ways through which I practice design and I accomplish this through travel. If I’m not at my desk, I’m probably on a plane.

When I’m not working on design initiatives, I am often found trying to make the world a better place in other ways too: I’m a passionate advocate for equality and diversity.
